Robert Bartusevicius

Robert joined Ridgid in 2010, coming from a fine arts and advertising background. His artistic ability enables him to custom tailor a finished project based on a customers abstract. His work in communications has enhanced his people skills, especially when communicating specific areas of the process or damage with respect to working with field and staff insurance adjusters, subcontractors, vendors, etc. Robert is a perfectionist with hands-on experience in roofing, siding, framing, drywall, painting, and many other skills that are critical to our day-to-day operations, making him an extremely well-rounded asset to our team!

While you will still find Robert out working with customers as a Project Manager, his key role with Ridgid is as Sales Manager. He is instrumental in hiring, training, and overseeing our team of project managers, seeing to it they have a solid understanding of our industry and the role we play in making sure every customer receives the best possible outcome of their project. His people and communication skills along with his construction knowledge enable him to prepare our team to be the best in the business.

Robert particularly enjoys meeting new people, problem solving, and, most of all, generating results!

In his spare time, Robert enjoys spending time outdoors with his "massive" pup, Lincoln, hiking and fishing. He loves creative cooking and charcuterie and attending a variety of musical venues.
