Randy Organ

Randy joined Ridgid in 2013 coming from a background as a contractor in commercial and residential construction. His eye for quality, blended with understanding and patience, have contributed to his success with Ridgid. When it comes to insurance claims, there is no one better on your side and obtaining a fair settlement is his specialty.

 

In addition to working within the customers budget, he helps to oversee the project until it is completed. He can always be reached by phone and will offer answers to any concerns a customer might have. "Each day consists of maintaining a steady flow of duties, like checking quality of materials and labor, staying on schedule, coordinating with insurance and mortgage companies and most important, upholding promises to customers. The best part of my job is customer satisfaction." says Randy, "Since I have a lot to do with job success, I take great pride when the job is complete and has exceeded the customer’s expectations. This means much more to me than just collecting a check and many of my customers become friends and many refer their friends and family to me.
