Photo Album: Hail Damaged Roof & Skylights in Norman OK

These Norman, OK homeowners suspected they may have sustained damage after a storm left a path of destruction, so they called Ridgid based on a referral from a friend.   After a thorough inspection of the property, Ridgid's Project Mgr. confirmed that hail had damaged the roof, vents, turbin, skylights, solar light, gutters, downspouts, a/c unit, and shed. He recommended the homeowners file a claim with their insurance carrier, prepared his own estimate of damage, and then proceeded to meet with the insurance adjuster on site to assist in assessing the damage. Once the claim was approved (and after our supplement dept. supplemented  the insurance company for missed items) Ridgid went to work. Weathered Wood GAF HD shingles replaced the hail damaged shingles on the home and the shed. Skylights and solar tubes, chimney flashing, turbin, vents, and A/C unit were replaced. Gutters and downspouts completed the job, restoring the home to its pre-storm condition (or better) in just over a week. We're happy to say we left some very impressed, happy homeowners in our path!
