How an Expensive Home Improvement, Could be a Blessing.
Challenge
Christina F. called Ridgid Construction out to provide a quote due to some missing shingles. During the inspection process, we noticed both wind and hail damage.
Solution
The damage was not extreme, however, we knew it should meet USAA's criteria for assessing replacements. Afterwards, we had explained her options, and if she'd like, we would meet with her insurance company to share our findings as opposed to simply charging her out of pocket. They were in agreement that the roof and her gutters needed to be replaced. Because of her trust, it enabled us to help save Christina thousands of dollars. With that savings, she opted for an impact resistant shingle which will continue to save her money due to her now, discounted premiums. She also had us paint the place.
