Ridgid Contruction conducted a storm damage evaluation after a hail storm hit the area. Their project manager, Robert Bartusevicius, completed a full scope of damages, prepared an itemized list, and met with our insurance adjuster. The insurance adjuster was in agreement with Robert as to the extent of damages (roof, gutters, screens, windows, stucco resurfacing, paint, etc.) and Ridgid began and completed the process of renovation. The repairs were primarily to our church but also included an adjacent storage building. Robert met with our Board of Directors and explained thoroughly the construction process, materials and associated costs, at my request. He determined our specific needs regarding access during services for all of our members, cleanliness, parking needs (especially handicapped access), and time constraints for scheduling each of the different crews. Ridgid allotted several crews simultaneously to remove the old roof and install its replacement in record time. It only really affected one of our weekly services, but the crews stopped early, and cleaned up the entries and parking lot before our members arrived. They quickly finished before the weekend services and there wasn’t a sign that they had ever been there other than a new roof! Impressive! The second phase dealt with resurfacing the church exterior. Crews again came in, erected scaffolding, and repaired all of the specific hail damage and then applied a new EIFS surface on the entire church surface. Its beautiful! We were extremely pleased not only with the finished product, but also with the care taken to accommodate our congregations needs. In fact, the board decide to have Ridgid come back to redo our port cohere ceilings, which were in disrepair from previous unrelated damage. Ridgid completed our hail damage restoration including gutters and miscellaneous repairs to our complete satisfaction! I would recommend them highly and will continue to use them in the future.

After the late May storms we noticed what we considered damage to our roof. We filed a claim with our insurance provider who sent an adjuster to evaluate the damage and the insurance company approved our claim. We began our search for a company to replace our roof. Ridgid Construction was the fourth company we called and the third to our home. Robert showed up on time, reviewed the damage and took the extra time to explain how the process would work. He also took note of damage not listed on our insurance documents. Because of his thoroughness and patience with our questions/ignorance we decided to use Ridgid. About three weeks later all of the materials were in and they replaced the shingles and over 40 of the decking boards. The team was efficient and cleaned up after themselves . The following week we had 4 inches of rain in 2 hours. We thought we noticed a leak. We called Robert the next day and he had the crew out within hours to check it out. We are very pleased with their responsiveness and commitment to customer satisfaction. Robert submitted the supplemental claim and it was finally approved by our insurance provider. As of today, he is doing the legwork to find matching materials and provide the insurance company additional information they need.  

It went great. They treated us very well. They were there when our adjuster came out and negotiated on our behalf for the house. This is a great situation because their interests line up with yours after a storm. I highly recommend them.

The construction went great. There was just a little pause in finishing because of bad weather and Christmas break, but that was not a concern to us at all. The quality of the work was excellent. Recently, a different builder was here to replace some windows, and he commented on how well the new roof had been built. Bob was very professional and reliable.

Everything went smoothly.  I have a daycare so Brian, my rep, had it worked out for them to work on the weekends so they wouldn't disturb my daycare kids and visited with me during nap times or after hours.  They were really good about letting me know exactly when they would show up and what to expect.  My favorite part was that I didn't have to contact my mortgage company.  They took care of all the paperwork.  They also came back and looked at any work I felt needed their attention and took care of it.  I would recommend them to my friends and family. 

If you ever need a roofing and/orconstruction company you can save yourself a lot of time and frustration by calling Ridgid Construction, FIRST!!!   Prior to our making contact with Ridgid, we had attempted to work with 3 different companies. None of the other companies were very professional, they all failed to keep lines of communication open and they could not (or would not) work with our insurance company.  When we found Ridgid Construction we were pleasantly surprised how quickly our experience changed for the better, and it continues to be a positive one. Robert B, our project manager and Sue, the unsung hero in their office, managed to work with our insurance company and get many repairs covered that were missed by the insurance adjuster. We are pleased to say, that after the tireless efforts of Robert and Sue, our repairs are scheduled to begin Monday. If all the work they have put in to date is any indication, we feel very confident that the repairs will be top quality!  This is a locally owned company who, without a doubt, cares about their customers. I was extraordinarily pleased with this company. The estimator was personable, knowledgeable and kept his word on all schedules. His crew were some of the hardest workers I've ever seen and their work was absolutely amazing. My roof, gutters, downspouts and window framing make the house look amazing from the outside. The estimator worked with my insurance company and provided photographic proof of everything that required doing to the house. He was competent and thorough with all he provided to the insurance company. I would recommend these folks to anyone if they want quality service.

I wanted to take the time to thank Ridgid Construction for the job you did on our office building.  Everything was completed in a timely fashion and to our full satisfaction. You were quick to rectify the minor problem we had with the skylight, which I greatly appreciate.  All of your employees were very courteous and careful to protect our interior while doning the roof and skylight replacements. I would like to give my recommendation for Ridgid Construction. I have used them for my commercial properties and my home for several years. They are always professional and reliable. I feel very confident with prices and workmanship. They always complete the job on time and I never had to have them come back to one of my locations to finish something they started. When they leave the job is done and done right. The salesmen are very professional and explain their bid in detail. I don't feel like I am being gouged or receiving a quote for something I don't need. They are very up front with their bid and explain why the work should or needs to be done. They keep their eyes open for any future repairs that may be needed and make recommendations. Our house is one of the original historic log homes in the area and was built in the 1790's. As such, we are very concerned about any company making repairs to the structure. Our feeling is the contractor must not only be skilled (in this case replacing a roof), but also very knowledgeable and sensitive to the original character of the home. Ridgid Construction did exactly that having staffed the site with construction crews and supervisors having the desire and pride to take the extra step concerning details. One example that stood out was the way they attached and sealed the metal flashing to the existing logs and three chimneys in a method that blended right in. As there are differences in historic verses new construction; we have been very pleased with Ridgid's capabilities and would highly recommend them to those folks with homes that have aged gracefully and still want to keep them around for future generations. In the spring my neighborhood was hit by a tornado. I received hail and wind damage to our roof and gutters and downspouts. I called my insurance company. To be honest I wasn't real impressed with the insurance adjuster that was sent out to check on the damage. I called Ridgid Construction for their opinion of the damage. Isreal Diaz came out and looked at my house showing my husband and myself all of the damage that we received. I was impressed by his knowledge . I had damage that until he came out I didn't realize just how bad it was. One of our gutters was sheared off by wind and was just hanging loose and I didn't evern realize it. I guess if you don't know what your looking for you will miss the obvious. Isreal came back out when my insurance adjuster was here the second time and pointed out things to him also. At that point I was told I would receive reimbursement for a new roof gutters and downspouts. Ridgid came to complete the project at my request at the end of summer. I was completely satisfied with their work. They returned the next day and put a new roof on my shed as well. I have to say my experience with Ridgid Construction from beginning to end went very smooth. The end result far exceeded my expectations. I would recommend Ridgid Construction to anyone in the future. As a matter of fact I have had friends and family ask me to be sure to keep their card because they may need work done in the future and they would like to use them. I wouldn't have any hesitation in referring them to anyone. My over all experience with Ridgid Construction has been excellent. Over the last 16 years I have had many contractors do work on my home. I have to say Ridgid was one of the best.

Torey was our project manager and I couldn't have asked for a better guy to work with.  He was sympathetic to our needs and environment.  Ridgid handled all the dirty work with the insurance company and even worked hard to get a supplement to cover more damage that was missed during the first insurance inspection.  Their work crews accommodated our schedule very well and were very clean and orderly.  If and when I ever need anything done on the house again, I'm using Ridgid.  They've earned a life long customer!
